Where we work
Based in Walsall, out to about 15 miles. No call-out charge inside 10.
Each town gets its own page naming real streets and landmarks, because "and surrounding areas" ranks for nothing. Walsall and Bloxwich are written out here; the other four are left as plain text so you can see the difference.
Questions we get asked
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not inside 10 miles of Walsall. Beyond that it's £35, and we'll tell you on the phone before we set off, not after.
How fast can you get here?
Same day for anything losing water or gas. Everything else is usually next day.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
On a live build the registration number is printed right here, so you can check it on the Gas Safe Register before anyone comes out. This is a demonstration site for a company that does not exist, so there is no number to check.
Do you work weekends?
Saturday mornings as standard, and emergencies on Sundays.
