Privacy notice
Every site gets one of these, because every site has a form on it and every form collects personal data. This one belongs to a company that does not exist, so treat it as a worked example rather than a legal document.
What gets collected
Whatever you put in the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, what the job is, anything you type in the message box, and the photo if you attach one.
What happens to it
It becomes two emails. One goes to the owner's inbox with your photo attached so he can price the job. The other comes straight back to you confirming it arrived. That is the whole system — there is no database, no mailing list and no third party being sold anything.
How long it is kept
On a live build: while you are in contact and for twelve months after, then deleted; longer if you become a customer, because HMRC requires financial records to be kept for six years.
Who else touches it
Cloudflare serves the site and runs the code that receives the form. Resend sends the two emails. Both are processors acting on the owner's instructions.
Getting it deleted
On a live build there is a real email address here and a promise to action a deletion request within a month. This is a demonstration site, so any enquiry you send through it reaches GrowthFrame rather than a plumber, and is deleted once it has been read.
